They are twins, and they have only ever had each other. Rusty is a down-to-earth neko who worries over his sister, much like a worried mother. He knows Collenne is a common thief, who has yet to be caught, and steals so that they can survive- but he also knows that luck can change in an instant. He worries about her getting caught, or getting hurt. He can change into his neko form at will, but if embarrassed, it is more likely for him to change. Coco is usually pretty level-headed, but boys seem to cause her to fumble a little. She's been a thief since the twins were merely kids, using her neko form to her advantage. The two of them used to live on the streets, but they managed to find ways to make money, and eventually found a house they could call home.
